Hope for the Journey Conference

Children navigating the journey of adoption and foster care often carry unique needs. The Hope for the Journey Conference is your gateway to a wealth of knowledge, understanding, and practical tools to help support children, parents, and families in your community. Join us for a deep dive into TBRI strategies with a gospel foundation. Conference ticket includes:

  • breakfast and lunch
  • 8 hrs of training
  • giveaways

We offer in-person ($10) and virtual ($5) tickets for this event.

KICKBALL: Family Sports Event

Saturday, April 20, 2024 , 11:00am-2:00pm

Local incoming UD freshman football player, Carter Sareyka, is hosting a family kickball event for foster and adoptive families. Join us for a day of fun activities, food, and of course KICKBALL!.

Coffee Break for Adoptive and Foster Moms

Mondays, April 8, May 6, June 3, 2024 , 9:30-11:00am

Meet up with other foster and adoptive moms for a much needed coffee break. This spring, we will be gathering at local playgrounds to let the kids run and the moms get a much needed hour and a half with people who “get it”. We’ll bring coffee treats for the moms and juice boxes for the kids! Coffee Breaks this spring are April 8, May 6, and June 3! Hope to see you there!

Equipped to Care

This course is designed to provide knowledge about how trauma affects children and their brain development while equipping you with tools and skills to care for them well. Whether you are a children’s ministry worker, teacher, grandparent, or babysitter this course will help you as you serve families.
